Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview

At BrixMP, we specialize in the distribution of human vaccines. Because our products are temperature-sensitive biological items that require strict cold chain storage, handling, and regulatory compliance, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been received and paid for.

This policy exists to protect the safety, integrity, and efficacy of every vaccine we distribute, in line with Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines and pharmaceutical industry standards.

2. Why we cannot accept returns or refunds

Vaccines must be kept within a tightly controlled temperature range from the moment they are manufactured until the moment they are administered. Once a vaccine leaves our controlled storage facility, we can no longer verify that it has been stored, handled, or transported under the required conditions.

Accepting a returned vaccine would compromise our ability to guarantee product safety for future patients — a responsibility we take very seriously. For this reason, and in accordance with Philippine FDA regulations governing the handling of biological products, every sale of vaccines through BrixMP is final.

3. Inspection before acceptance (important)

Because returns are not possible after payment, we require every customer to thoroughly inspect their order at the point of delivery, before paying and before the delivery personnel leaves.

At the time of delivery, please check the following:

Packaging condition — The outer box, insulated container, and inner seals must be intact, unopened, and show no signs of tampering or damage.
Cold chain integrity — If your order includes a temperature monitor or cold chain indicator, verify that it shows the vaccine remained within the required temperature range throughout transit.
Product details — Confirm that the product name, brand, dosage, quantity, and batch or lot number match your order.
Expiration date — Check that the expiration date printed on each vial or package is valid and acceptable for your intended use.
Physical condition of vials — Look for cracks, leaks, discoloration, unusual cloudiness, or any other visible defect.

If any of the above is not satisfactory, please refuse the delivery on the spot and do not make payment.

Once you have inspected the order, paid, and accepted the delivery, the transaction is considered complete and final.

4. Damaged, expired, or incorrect items at delivery

If, during your inspection at the time of delivery, you discover that the item is damaged, tampered with, expired, or incorrect, you have the right to refuse the order. In such cases:

Do not pay for the order.
Do not accept the item from the courier or delivery representative.
Contact us immediately at info@brixmp.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will work with you to either ship a replacement or cancel the order, depending on the situation and product availability.

5. Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by the customer at any time before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, at no cost.

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. From that point on, the inspection-at-delivery process described in Section 3 applies.

To request a cancellation, please email info@brixmp.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

6. Payment terms

BrixMP operates on a pay-upon-receipt basis. Customers are expected to fully inspect the item at the time of delivery and to pay our delivery representative or courier only once they are satisfied with the condition of the order.

This structure is designed to protect both parties: it gives you, the customer, the opportunity to verify the product before any money changes hands, and it allows us to maintain the strict quality standards our products require.
